About Me

I’m a non-binary designer who wants to create a more just and equitable world by making technology, design, and the energy of human connection more accessible.

I lead human-driven approaches to UX and Accessibility that inspire transformation, helping organizations and teams to create meaningful change.

I’m a seeker of truth, a curator of perspectives, and a dreamer with a passion for investigation, discovery, and sharing of collective wisdom.* My deep passion for exploring the outdoors and connecting with nature drives me to create experiences that enable the magic of our natural world.

Most recently, I built and cultivated a team of designers and writers for the online banking segment of a financial institution. Drawing inspiration from inclusive and collaborative cultures, I am excited about opportunities to apply my skills and experience to create positive impact and foster connection in diverse environments.

Through The Lens Of My Teammates:

“Mallory is an ambassador of kindness & accessibility. She leads with examples of effortless and heartfelt consideration for her users and colleagues. I feel very grateful to have someone demonstrating the value of "checking-in" whether it is for functional accessibility in our systems, zoom meetings, or even just to temp check on one's mental status."

— Kate, Senior Product Designer, KeyBank

"Mallory is a research-driven designer with a passion for inclusivity. Her curiosity and appetite for accessible design are unparalleled. While working together, Mallory demonstrated her commitment to ensuring all of our users have the best experience possible. Mallory regularly shared her accessibility knowledge with our product + development teams, through her everyday work and presentations. Mallory is delightful to work with, her creativity would push any design team forward."

— Autumn, Product Manager, HOMEE

“Mallory makes me proud. Not only as a designer but as a person. The activities they do outside of work and the values they stand for motivate me to be a better designer and person. I thank them for bringing all of their different perspectives to us.”

— Natalie, Product Designer, KeyBank
